Born in 1982 in the Novosibirsk region, Natasha Ergens currently lives in St. Petersburg, Russia where she is an arts manager and a curator. Since 2009 she has focused on the contemporary arts. Her recent curatorial project was the “Library of Book Graphics.” Among the many projects in which Ergens has been involved are “100 Beautiful Dead”, “Invisible Border: Seasons of St. Petersburg Arts in Moscow,” “Luda Express,” “New Archive,” and the Art Prospect Public Art Festival.

Alexander was born in St. Petersburg in 1988. He works as a researcher and art-manager specializing in cultural theory, museum education and marketing. While working as a communications and project coordinator for several Russian and international contemporary art institutions he organized conferences, presentations, lectures, workshops, and cultural events focused on visual studies, participatory museum practices and museum communication. He also worked on for the European Biennial of Contemporary art Manifesta 10 where he was responsible for several projects aimed at making contemporary art accessible to multiple community groups as well as to the general public.

Natalia was born in 1984 in St. Petersburg. She works as project curator at St. Petersburg’s PRO ARTE Foundation for Culture and in the National Center for Contemporary Arts, North-West Branch. Since 2013 she has curated for the School for Young Artists which has as its goal the development of creative potential and critical thinking in young artists and the establishment of a “playground” for their professional activities. The program is open to students at art school and contemporary artists and activists.

Born in 1991 in Archangelsk, Russia, Elizaveta has lived in St. Petersburg since she was eight. She graduated from St. Petersburg State University with a degree in journalism with a focus on contemporary art criticism. She continued her education with Sergey Bugaev-Afrika, Victor Miziano and Olesya Turkina and received a Masters’ Degree from St. Petersburg State University. Elizaveta is currently working as a curatorial assistant at LUDA, a non-profit gallery.

She has worked on exhibitions organized by CYLAND media-art lab, “Form + Color” created by Russian post-avant-gardist Gennady Zubkov. She also writes articles for print and on-line periodicals such as AroundArt.Ru, Dialog Iskusstv, Art1.ru, The Art Newspaper Russia as well as for exhibition catalogues.

Anastasya was born in 1988 in St. Petersburg, where she currently lives and works. She received a classical education at the Academy of Arts and furthered her studies at Smolny College’s Master program for art critics and curators. She works as a curator for Nepokorennie open studio and as independent curator. She has collaborated with Loft project Etagi and galleries in St. Petersburg and Moscow and with Winzavod contemporary art center for Manifesta 10.
