Since 1986, Headlands, a former ArtsLink grantee, has hosted over 600 international artists, providing an opportunity for investigation and exchange. Ms. Gorak was provided with a studio and access to a darkroom, wood shop, letter press, computers, video equipment and a reference library. She had opportunity to interact with other artists in residence and collaborated with several on a public performance, film and video. She also completed seven pastel drawings on paper, inspired by the scenic location of Headlands and participated in Artist Presentation Night at Headlands.
