Ms. Murray is Deputy Division Chief of Cultural Programs Division in the Office of Citizen Exchanges, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, U.S. Department of State. Nina Murray is a member of the U.S. diplomatic corps. She has served in Lithuania, Canada, and Russia, before returning to D.C. this summer to assume the leadership of the Arts Envoy program at the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Exchanges (ECA).
