Iryna Osadacha is the Deputy Director for Organizational Development at the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation (UCF), and has been part of the the organization since its creation in 2018. For the last 3.5 years, she has been working as the Deputy Director and she is currently engaged in the development of the organization, building partnerships, and fundraising.
Before UCF, Iryna worked in media production companies. In 2017, she was one of the key members of the team organizing Eurovision 2017 in Ukraine.
