18th Street Arts Center supports the creation of cutting-edge contemporary art and fosters collaboration and interaction between artists and arts organizations. Its International Program is a worldwide leader in artist exchange programs and has hosted artists from two dozen countries. 18th Street center introduced Mr. Kaludjerović to contacts at local museums and galleries including the Hammer Museum, the Santa Monica Museum of Art, LAxArt and Peres Project, as well independent artists, videographers and scholars. He was able to develop professional relationships with other visiting international artists and make contacts for potential projects in the future.
