Artist Nina Hannah Kornatz works primarily as a painter. During her residency, she created the project TEMPORARY RAGE which was exhibited on November 24^th in St. Petersburg. A quote from Gilles Deleuze’s “Anti-Oedipus: Capitalism and Schizophrenia” was the artist’s statement for the exhibition: “Courage consists, however, in agreeing to flee rather than live tranquilly and hypocritically in false refuges. Values, morals, homelands, religions, and these private certitudes that our vanity and our complacency bestow generously on us, have many deceptive sojourns as the world arranges for those who think they are standing straight and at ease, among stable things”. She was supported by Kunststiftung des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt.
