LIVE at NYPL, is a series of public programs at the New York Public Library that seeks to excite and provoke the public’s imagination and thoughtful examination of ideas through theatrical conversations, discussions and debates. Ms. Ivanova participated in the organization and production of LIVE events and discussed proposals for future events with LIVE staff. She attended numerous readings and events and met with writers to potentially present their work and lead workshops in Bulgaria and publishers interested in translating Bulgarian literature to English.

The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts is the largest and most comprehensive performing arts resource of its kind and presents an extensive program of free public events. Ms. Ivanova worked with Library staff and provided useful insights on an upcoming exhibition and festival on the topic Revolution through the Performing Arts in Central and Eastern Europe. She had full access to the library’s extensive archives and learned new approaches to utilizing and enriching archival material in events and exhibitions.
