Lucy (Olena) Zoria is Head of Arts at British Council Ukraine, and an arts and culture manager from Kyiv, Ukraine. Prior to the British Council, she has worked within different sectors of the Ukrainian culture sphere in areas of public programming, events and music festival management, cultural diplomacy. Lucy has a BA in Cultural Studies from National University “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” and is currently enrolled in the Master’s of Public History and Memory Studies programme at Kyiv School of Economics.
