A former ArtsLink grantee, The Fine Arts Work Center is one of the oldest artists’ colonies in the U.S. and has been providing residencies for U.S. and international artists and writers for over forty years. Mr. Biryukoff was integrated into the FAWC community of 20 writing and visual Fellows and attended several potluck dinners and special events. He was given a private work studio and completed a new series of 12 oil paintings that were exhibited at the FAWC gallery. He also collaborated with another FAWC Fellow on a performance piece which was presented during the opening of his exhibition.
