Evan Roth, co-founder of the Graffiti Research Lab (US), presented digital graffiti on the Palace Bridge in St. Petersburg, Russia, and conducted a workshop for young artists to demonstrate a variety of new techniques and technologies that have helped to transform the street art community, proving how innovative tag-making is not limited to pen, brush or spray can.

CEC ArtsLink, together with local partners Vykhod Media Art Center, Christopher Gordon, and Kitaiski Lyotchik Jao Da, presents a festival of new American music by three experimental duos from November 24– December 18, 2010. The Festival brings the percussion duo Meehan/Perkins, the cello duo Dyophonie and electronic music duo Fol Chen to St. Petersburg and Petrozavodsk to acquaint local audiences with the diversity of music being created today in the United States.
