Through a multi-faceted program of cultural exchange, CEC ArtsLink serves to create and sustain constructive, mutually beneficial relationships between the US and the 37 countries listed below. Working with artists, arts organizations and community-based institutions, CEC ArtsLink provides an essential structure for ongoing dialogue between the US and these formerly isolated cultures.

ArtsLink Awards

ArtsLink Awards support exchange between artists and arts organizations in the United States and the 37 countries and regions listed below through three separate types of awards. Recipients are selected through a competitive peer-panel review process.

Funding is provided through ArtsLink Projects, ArtsLink Residencies, and Independent Projects.

inPublic NYC

Brings CEC ArtsLink’s ethos of multicultural discourse to New York City communities through collaborative projects, workshops, readings, exhibitions, films and performances by US and international artists.

One Big City, a pilot series of collaborative residencies and events engaging New York’s thriving diasporas, is underway in 2012-2013.


Global Art Lab

Global Art Lab responds to current artistic and cultural issues in Russia and Central Asia through collaborations, exchanges, performances, professional development workshops and short-term residencies.
